Refund Policy

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Opened decks of cards can't be returned for hygiene and security reasons (magicians have trust issues). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Lessons & gift cards

Lessons can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire.

Performance bookings

Refunds for performances are governed by your booking agreement.

How to request a refund

Email jaywmagic@gmail.com with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
