Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via Canada Post. Expedited options may be available depending on location.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD within Canada.
Delivery Times:
- Canada: 5–10 business days.
- United States: 7–14 business days.
- International: 10–20 business days (customs delays may apply).
Shipping Origin: All items ship from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package on the Canada Post website.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country.

If your order is lost or damaged, contact us at jaywmagic@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will investigate and replace or refund as appropriate.

Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at jaywmagic@gmail.com for a return authorization. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
