Refund Policy

Service Refunds

  • Bookings: Deposits for magic performances are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the event. Full refunds are provided if Jason Wong Magic cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • No-Shows: No refunds for missed events unless rescheduled with prior notice (minimum 48 hours).

Merchandise Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds or exchanges are available for unused merchandise in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Process: Contact bookings@jaywmagic.com with your order number for authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Personalized, damaged, or discounted items are not eligible for refund.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after approval.

Exceptions

  • Special circumstances (e.g., defective items) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Email jaywmagic@gmail.com with details.

Changes to Policy

  • We may update this policy. The latest version will be posted on jaywmagic.com with the updated date.
