Refund Policy
Service Refunds

Bookings: Deposits for magic performances are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the event. Full refunds are provided if Jason Wong Magic cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.

No-Shows: No refunds for missed events unless rescheduled with prior notice (minimum 48 hours).
Merchandise Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds or exchanges are available for unused merchandise in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Process: Contact bookings@jaywmagic.com with your order number for authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Refundable Items: Personalized, damaged, or discounted items are not eligible for refund.
Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after approval.

Special circumstances (e.g., defective items) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Email jaywmagic@gmail.com with details.
