By using jaywmagic.com, booking a performance or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit are received. Deposits secure the date and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in each performance agreement. We'll always work with you in good faith if circumstances change.

Products

Product images are representative; colours and print may vary slightly. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, logos, photos and video — belongs to JW Magic and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

JW Magic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our services, to the extent permitted by law.
